Esoteric Form Edition One
We were invited to produce a set of limited edition prints that would be exhibited at Art Mosh. Our goal was to explore how shapes (that make up letters) can be reduced or simplified so that type becomes less recognisable and more artistic through composition, colour, form and space.
They are aptly named Esoteric Form One and Two because we had anticipated how difficult the final artwork would be to read, blurring the line between recognisable letterforms and simplistic bold shapes. This was reinforced by having two prints that say exactly the same thing but look very different.
Edition of 25, A1 screen-prints produced for
Art Mosh. Exhibited in London, Munich and Oslo.
